Service and contracting party
Chromii is currently a product prototype. The final contracting entity, support address, Carrier of Record arrangement and applicable licensed telecommunications provider will be identified at checkout before commercial launch.
Eligibility and account information
Customers must provide accurate order and contact information, be legally able to enter a contract, and use a compatible, unlocked device. Any age restrictions and market-specific identity requirements will be shown before purchase.
Orders, activation and validity
A plan is tied to its disclosed destination, data allowance and validity period. Unless the checkout states otherwise, validity begins when the eSIM first connects on or after the selected activation date. Installation alone may make an order ineligible for a discretionary refund.
Pricing, taxes and payment
Final pricing, currency, applicable taxes and fees will be displayed before payment. Prototype prices shown on the website are not binding carrier quotes. Launch travel plans are designed as one-time purchases and do not automatically renew unless checkout clearly says otherwise and obtains separate consent.
Coverage and network performance
Service relies on partner networks. Coverage maps are estimates, and speed, latency and availability can vary with location, congestion, device, network policy and maintenance. No uninterrupted or error-free connection is promised.
Acceptable use
Customers may not use the service unlawfully, interfere with networks, bypass security or usage controls, resell a consumer plan without permission, or use the service in a way that harms other users. Fair-use and traffic-management rules may apply where disclosed.
Emergency calls, voice and messaging
Data-only travel plans may not include a phone number, voice, SMS, emergency calling, location routing or number portability. Customers must maintain another method for emergency communication. Product-specific capabilities will be shown in the service disclosures.
Suspension and local requirements
Service may be delayed, restricted or suspended to address fraud, security, legal demands, sanctions, SIM-registration obligations, network abuse or provider requirements. Any mandatory identity verification will be disclosed before activation where practicable.
Cancellation, refunds and consumer rights
Refund eligibility is described in the Refund Policy. Nothing in these draft terms is intended to exclude non-waivable rights under applicable consumer law.
Liability, disputes and governing law
Limitations of liability, dispute procedures, governing law, mandatory local notices and the official notice address are intentionally left open for qualified counsel and market-by-market review.
