Coverage and partner networks
Coverage is supplied through partner mobile networks and may not be available everywhere inside a listed country or territory. Final checkout must link to the exact plan coverage list and identify material roaming or network restrictions.
Device compatibility
The device must support eSIM, be carrier-unlocked and support the relevant network bands. Some devices sold in particular markets may disable eSIM. Customers should verify the exact model before purchase.
Installation and activation
Installation requires internet access to download the eSIM profile. A plan may begin on installation, on first network connection, or on the selected date depending on provider configuration; the final product rule must be shown prominently before payment.
Data, speed and fair use
Displayed data allowances may include high-speed data followed by throttling, or may stop when exhausted. Actual performance depends on signal, congestion, device, radio technology and partner policy. Any speed cap, tethering rule or fair-use threshold must be disclosed per plan.
Voice, SMS and phone numbers
The prototype travel plans are intended to be data-only. They do not promise a local phone number, traditional voice, SMS, number portability or inbound verification messages. Internet calling and messaging apps depend on third-party services.
Emergency services
A data-only eSIM should not be relied on for emergency calling or emergency location. Customers must maintain an alternate emergency communication method appropriate to the country they are visiting.
SIM registration and identity checks
Some markets require SIM registration, identity verification or local records. Availability may depend on whether the provider can legally complete those checks for a cross-border customer. Required information should be requested only through a secure flow.
Carrier and regulatory roles
The wholesale provider, network operator, Carrier of Record and Chromii customer-support role are not yet final. Commercial launch requires these responsibilities, tax handling, lawful-intercept obligations and support escalation paths to be documented market by market.
Prototype pricing
All current website prices are illustrative launch assumptions, not Gigs or carrier quotations. Final price, currency, taxes, expiry, included networks and refund conditions must be server-authoritative and shown in the order summary.
